Please bring your ID Card to every consultation.
At your first consultation we will ask you to fill out a form asking about your general health. These data are treated confidentially and are necessary to avoid complications during a dental treatment. It is important that we are fully informed about your current healthsituation.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please notify us in time. In this way we can help other people with urgent problems. In case of regular violation, we will have to charge for the missed consultation.
Payment is preferred by debit card, but we also accept cash or credit card. Bank transfers are not possible.
